Hi, I’m Biruk Alemu an IT and AV Support Specialist and a graduate of Framingham State University with a computer science major and a minor in economics.
I support classroom and meeting-room technology by troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining AV systems,
and helping students and staff use equipment confidently and effectively.
I also have experience providing IT support in a public safety environment, where I performed hardware upgrades,
configured devices, and resolved printer and computer issues.
I’m committed to continuing my growth in IT support, networking, and cybersecurity,
and I enjoy solving real-world problems and improving systems to ensure reliable day-to-day performance.
